This role will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and selling GritWell’s offering - via sales calls, text messages and chat. You will be representing GritWell and should excel at connecting with individuals and developing relationships.

You will be an expert in all things GritWell, thus it will be necessary to have a strong grasp on holistic, root cause medicine - thoughtfully responding to client questions, and understanding the beneficial impact of supplements, nutrition and lifestyle change on chronic conditions. It is important this individual has deep empathy and the ability to make clients feel heard.


  • Manage leads and sales funnel, identifying and qualifying best opportunities to ensure strong retention
  • Assist in full sales cycle from client prospecting to closing, including but not limited to text, appointment booking and subscription purchase
  • Respond to client & prospective client questions in a timely manner, answer incoming calls and texts to assist with questions on GritWell’s offering & troubleshooting care errors
  • Host scheduled sales calls with prospective members
  • Send outbound templated sales texts and/or custom messages to all potential members to encourage membership sales & warm up old leads
  • Drive patient satisfaction by proactively assisting onboarding and promptly addressing concerns (be able to explain functional medicine, lack of insurance coverage for this care, diagnostic testing, supplements, nutrition change etc.)
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast, track all activities, proactively following up. Develop strong, ongoing relationships and rapport with potential patients.
  • Work closely with our tight knit team, strategizing on ways to improve our process based on our strong patient relationships and feedback
  • Achieve monthly quota of patient acquisition


  • Knowledge in personalized, root cause healthcare (Functional Medicine)
  • Passionate about GritWell’s mission to provide access to more holistic, root cause care at scale (treatment that goes beyond the 1 symptom = 1 pill model)
  • Demonstrable writing skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Self starter, strong follow-through and speed of execution
